Campaigns and UX have something in common: The better you understand the people you are talking to, the better the results will be. That’s why I base my ideas, campaign frameworks, copy and everything else on peoples’ needs and daily life.
Many digital products are both user and brand experience. That requires clever storytelling: providing the right kind of information exactly when the users need it while making the brand come alive. I use my creative and my UX skills to bridge between marketing and user experience.
When I started writing for apps, nobody called that UX writing yet. Great there’s even a name for it now. Because with words you can give experiences their own voice. Turn monologues into conversations. And help users reach their goal.
As a permanent employee as well as a freelancer I had the chance to work for many great agencies, clients and brands – and with the best people ever. I also received one or two awards. Thanks for everything!
