BahnX design system and app
For the innovation start-up BahnX I worked on a number of digital products and experiences: a commuter app, a product testing platform and a holistic design system. As first UX writer on the team, I established the new discipline, processes and workflow. Together with the designers, product owners and developers, I translated our vision into a unique tone of voice. A detailed content style guide helped us to ensure consistent language across experiences and journeys.

Design system DPP: Tone and voice and content style guide
As design gets more flexible and modular, language becomes more important as a differentiating factor. That’s why our design system DPP includes an extensive tone of voice, patterns and text tips for anyone working on BahnX products.
DB Explorer App: UX Writing
The Explorer App brings our tone of voice to life. We didn’t meet for several weeks of workshops before I wrote the first actual microcopy, though. Neither had we developed the complete style guide right at the beginning. It all went hand in hand. That way, we could test promptly and implement our learnings right away.
