Unzer Website Relaunch

In September 2020, the heidelpay Group became Unzer: an international, modular payment platform. A new Unzer website was part of the brand relaunch. The website is the central starting point for a fully automated on boarding process, connecting the merchants to the Unzer systems.

Creative concept (UX)

Based on the approved content strategy, I designed the structure of the individual pages as well as page templates. This enabled me to support the team in their work on the global information architecture. I also was the go-to person for all kinds of content-related questions – such as requirements for content modules.

Copywriting

We wanted to explain the complex, data-driven Unzer solutions to everyone – not just to experts. To achieve this, I didn’t only work closely with the marketing and the experience team. I also conducted extensive stakeholder interviews with the product experts. The result: quickly comprehensible and easily accessible copy.
